AFTER-SALES SERVICE

The whole set of equipment is installed and debugged at the user's site, and is guaranteed for one year from the date of acceptance (equipment acceptance is subject to the satisfactory products processed by the user). During the warranty period, our company will send engineers and technicians to the user site from time to time for technical visits every year, according to the equipment usage, routine maintenance and inspection of the equipment, answer the technical questions raised by the user, and upgrade the user operator Training.

IN-SALE SERVICE

Provide users with a full set of product operating instructions; conduct on-site inspections of users' processing sites, assist users in planning and design production sites, as well as water, electricity, and gas equipment according to the actual conditions of the site; provide technical training for user operators.

Before delivery, the user operators will be trained in basic laser theory, equipment operation, maintenance and safety protection; the equipment arrives at the user’s installation site, and the user operators will be further trained, and the installation and commissioning will be carried out simultaneously to ensure the operators Familiar with equipment operating procedures, fully put into production.

PRE-SALE SERVICE

According to user needs, provide practical technical advice and corresponding product information from the user's point of view; answer various questions raised by users; from the perspective of technical feasibility, assist users in market analysis of laser processing equipment; provide processing bases for users to conduct on-site Visit and study.
